CASTIRGALU is a Spain-based research and consulting company, specialized in the metals industry and focused on castings.

The great vision of the future trends in cast product markets and the high level of technology and process know-how makes CASTIRGALU a strategic partner for the development of new products and processes, or for the improvement of existing ones. Particular expertise is with foundry process improvement and cost reduction, with the ultimate goal of producing consistently the best quality castings.

Our whole philosophy is to be at the forefront of technological innovation to provide cast metal industry (foundries, heat treaters, machining industry, casting buyers, etc.) with customized, smart and bankable solutions through knowledge of the foundry business and technology. Casting innovation is driven via project plan, design, management and turnkey implementation to provide tailored, personalized and ad-hoc solutions for a complete organizational transformation toward quality, productivity and cost effectiveness. Our challenging projects, state of the art concepts and tools, together with our continual internal investment, allows us to provide the most up to-date know-how on foundry technology and innovative software to control and improve processes.

Payback of each project is within a few months after the project is finished (in many projects the payback can be achieved even before the project is finished). Savings are got mainly through cost reduction, productivity improvement or higher quality castings manufacturing.

Confidentiality is one of the pillars on which the company is based, as projects with direct competitors are developed, and very sensitivity information is shared and managed. In addition to the signing of confidentiality agreements, there is complete commitment to confidentiality within the company.
